I've been a service customer of SB Stockton since 2019 having taken out a 3 year plan with them. Initially they provided a collection and delivery service which was very welcome but due to economic pressures this was unfortunately curtailed. In with the price was a wash and vacuum.Ive found the staff within the workshop and on the front desk to be very competent, experienced and knowledgeable. I recently had a couple of faults develop on the car which I'd researched through various forums and drew the conclusion that only a Peugeot dealership could have correctly diagnosed and repaired this in one go. It was very gratifying to be able to get it booked in, a diagnosis carried out and repairs carried out within a few days. Yes it was expensive, but when you break down the costs, in parts, discounts, skilled labour and vat, it was very good value. So long as I have a Peugeot, I'll continue to use...

Excellent experience from reserving to purchasing my new car from Simon Bailes Stockton. Ronnie rang me after making an enquiry online to reserve the car as i live so far away and didn’t want to miss out. Ronnie communicated with me and answered any questions I had before travelling up to view the car. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception (so sorry I didn’t get your name!) made my friend and I coffee and showed us to a comfy seating area while we waited a short wait for Ronnie.
