I have just ordered a chicken korma , plain nan and 2 popadoms, same order as I always make.

They sent me chicken pakora, nan and popadoms.

Wrong order!

I called and told them the mistake

Only to be told there was no mistake? I said to them bring me my korma and pick up the pakora,

only to be told they don’t take food back and if I want a korma, I need to pay the £8.90 extra?

For their mistake?

I said again, I ordered a chicken korma and nan mate???

I don’t eat pakora!!!!

He argues, no you didn’t, I check with you twice.

guy lied on phone sayin he said price back to me as well ?!?!

It’s the same order I make all the time I said check ,

He still says yeh you order same all the time but no mistake,

Asked to speak to someone else, he said no one available

Ordered 3 curries 3 rice 2 nan breads a large donner kebab arrived within half an hour, paid the driver and opened the box to find 3 curries 2 nan breads 1 rice 1 kebab, phone the shop and explained only 1 rice he said that is all I ordered, I told him no I repeated the order of 3 curries 3 rice 2 nan breads 1 kebab, he responded I will get the driver to bring rice it's £4.20 I laughed and said excuse me this is your fault not mine and while I await rice the food goes cold, anyway the driver was brilliant and totally went out his way to try make me happy, I paid the extra and started our food, the bebab meat was not nice at all and the curries had loads of water floating around the plates, the only good thing was the garlic nan, now I've used this place for years and never had a problem, last night just finished it for me with this shop, I won't be returning and I will try elsewhere, TOTALLY...

Ordered a small donnee kebab and chips on Sunday night. It states on the menu that all donners are served with pitta. Girl then confirmed on the phone that it would be £6.10. My sister ran in to pick up the order and the man charged her £7.20 but she didnt know any different and only noticed when she arrived home with my food. Phoned up to ask why she'd been charger more and they said i asked for large with nan instead of pitta which i didnt. We got total blame and got hung up on. Then phoned back and they said the managed was extremely busy and he'll phone us back within the hour... still havent got a phone call and its now tuesday. Would never use again as god knows how many people he's trying to rip off. May only be £1 but if he done that to evedy...
