The Regent Brasserie — Restaurant in Scotland

Was in for lunch with my mother today (28/12/23) as part of her Xmas.

The food as always was absolutely delicious, Meeki and Sophie were very welcoming and friendly, chatting to us and making sure we had everything needed to make our lunch as enjoyable as possible.

I had the mince padora to start which is insanely tasty, mum had veg pakora, which she assured me was equally as delicious. For mains I had the ch tikka sig and my mother had the tikka main meal with a bhoona sauce, both were superb, and very well presented, I had a nan and mum had a chapati, both of which were fresh and tasted great.

Overall we had a 5 star experience and would both highly recommend lunch or even dinner at...

It was a very poor experience waiting one hour for starter's and then waited another hour for main dirty dishes were sitting in front of us for to long staff had to be flagged down to get drinks and at the end we had to cancel them. I will say they did say they would take the last round off the bill. I am unclear if they did as the bill was hand written and unreadable. Also they had alot of things missing off the menu. The food we did receive was excellent and that's the only reason I give it 2 stars and even then that's being kind there are better places to go in kirky. I won't be back not worth...
