Great Project and Customer Experience I have been in in the look out for someone to refurbish my Kitchen since 2019, and due to a bad experience with garage conversion project, I lost my faith and confidence to trust anyone to come and do another job in the house for me. However, I kept my eye on all resources from online searches, going to kitchen shops and check what they offered, but nothing of these made me comfortable, most likely because of how they were trying to get me buy a kitchen. Till one day I was looking into a local magazine and found "Kitchen complete" AD, it caught my eyes, and started checking the reviews, all looked good and authentic to me. I felt good about this me and my wife, we booked an appointment online and Troy (in charge of Design and customer visits), came over. We had a discussion and he impressed us with his attention to detail and how he opened our eyes to have a spacious Kitchen with a loads of Space and Storage, not only that but a social area for the family and Friends to gather around. We went to the Showroom and been shown the design, and the kitchen we have seen we straight fell in love with it.

Assurance and Safety Troy suggested to handle the whole project for us, and bring his own team to do the whole job from demolition, electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating and floor fitting. We were looking for a best quality materials, as we are not doing a kitchen every few years :), he gave us advise on everything we asked for. Troy insisted to bring his team to meet up and provide my family "Assurance" of whom gonna be working in our house. We felt really happy of this step, as I discussed with his team few pending topics from the garage conversion project needed to be looked at while fitting the new Kitchen.

Professionalism The Team were listening to me and my Wife's requirement and requests patiently, and whenever asked for a suggestion they always provide an answer. They start at 8 AM and get on with the Job without wondering or wasting time like other traders do.

Project Management I want to dedicate this section for the amazing management we had experienced from Phil who is handling these side of things. Once we agreed on everything, I have received the Quotation, Phil answered all my queries over the phone and made it clear and simple. The most impressing part, that I never seen it before was The detailed Schedule been sent to me with Dates and what will happen on a Day-To-Day basis.

I have been kept updated all the way throughout the project, that made the project go easy and smooth.

Conclusion Kitchen complete, made us felt as if nothing going on in our house, it is an experience we will keep talking about all the time. If you are after a kitchen refurb, I would highly recommend them for a job exceedingly a term "Well Done"

The kitchen is a centerpiece to any home. Deciding to renew your existing kitchen is a big decision. Deciding which company to go with is an even bigger one. As a firm believer in acquiring local trades people and companies wherever possible, Kitchens Complete were first on the list. A local showroom to physically see what’s on offer, combined with what seemed to be an excellent reputation meant the process started in the right direction. We looked at other kitchen companies, but on meeting Troy for the first time, it was immediately evident that we’d found what we were looking for. From the initial visit to discuss ideas, plans and layout the options it was abundantly clear that these guys very good at what they do. They listen to what you want, they understand what works, what doesn’t work and they explain the logic to their proposed layout/design. Quite simply, they understand kitchens. Over the next few weeks, we made a few minor changes before the final design was complete, agreed the final price and secured our install date. A few weeks prior to install we asked Phil to pop round to see the space and help us plan the unit & worktop colours and styles, along with the fittings and flooring choices. It’s hard to picture it all coming together in your own home, but Phil can be trusted to help you to get the right look and feel to your kitchen and took away so much of our uncertainty regarding our choices. The massive upside for us was that Kitchens Complete offer exactly what they say - a complete kitchen. They arranged everything to take us from our existing 12-year-old kitchen to a modern, stylish and state of the art kitchen, without us having any doubts, worries or concerns along the way. Not only that, but with recent building work knocking three rooms into one, they were keen on completing the whole project across the rear of the property to give us continuity in the overall look and feel. They use a well-established team that are experts in their respective fields. From first fix, plastering, unit & appliance installation, flooring, worktops, second fix and decorating – it’s all done to a pre-defined day-by-day schedule with highly skilled and very personable trades people who, quite frankly, are a pleasure to have in your property. Nothing is a problem to them. Nothing. Their attention to detail is meticulous. We hit a snag with our final choice of worktop, but within hours it had been fully resolved by Phil & Troy who ensured that we finished in a far better situation than we thought possible. They consistently met our expectations and, in most cases, exceeded them. The result is that you’re left with a stunning and highly functional kitchen in every aspect. Yes, they’re not the cheapest company you might consider, but as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. If you’re thinking of a new kitchen, you really need...

Bought a kitchen from Kitchen’s Complete after extensive search around Derby. Wren, Wickes, B&Q and many others. For me and the wife, it was the personal touch and being local which sealed the deal.

The design process was really smooth, we had some ideas and preferences but let the guys guide us on some features (boiler tap, peninsula design, microwave positions, etc) which have proven very successful. The guys worked very hard to get equipment off the worktop (microwave, kettle, etc) which is a huge benefit in the end.

Installation was started and finished when they said and the aftercare has been super.

Pricing wasn’t the cheapest but wasn’t the highest either, all things considered, I think a good overall package.

I would recommend giving the team a chance to design and quote and see how you feel.

My favourite features I would recommend to anyone Boiler tap - seems expensive but you have no regrets. It gives you Extra worktop space (no kettle!) and instant hot water Rectangular, induction hob (cleaning is so easy, and pan spacing/convenience is great compared to a square version) Wine fridge…because you need wine Wine rack…because you need wine Big space for American fridge. Another luxury that once you’ve had you would never go back. Must be a plumbed version. Big drawers for the plates, cutlery, etc Double oven for entertaining warmer drawer if you have space (great for the plates or keeping the take away warm!) A draw to keep the bin and recycling A social area (peninsular in our case to maximise space rather than an island)
