Over 3 hourswait for a delivery is diabolical in this day and age. Ordered 3 times from you in the last month, and 2 out of those 3 times it's taken between 2 and 3 hours. The food is amazing, but certainly not worth that length of wait when you've got a house full of nagging kids and teenagers. When you ring for an update and tell you it's leaving in 30 min minutes, but you ring again and hour later and they tell you it's leaving in 15 minutes. Unacceptable.
