First the pizza - The pizza wallah amazing. The crust was crispy and flavourful and the toppings were fresh. It was just perfection especially for the price.

Second the service - staff were amazing and welcoming. All the mandem welcomed me to the store and went out their way to make sure my order was delivered to absolute perfection.

Overall, I would highly recommend Papa Kals to anyone looking for delicious pizza and the best of the best service. This is a pizza shop that deserves all five...

ordered through uber and previously had problems with this takeaway after forgotten items but still used them. we ordered and the food came over half an hour outside the time frame after they said it was leaving the shop. the food came cold and they didn’t give us chilli they gave us garlic and they left out our salad. the chips to meat ratio in the box special was stupid there was way too many chips. the parmo looked like someone had sat on it it was that thin. kebab tasted nice but very thick and cold. literally everything was cold. we left a review on uber and haven’t heard anything back yet. we used to regularly use this takeaway but not anymore after continuous problems with late delivery and...

Garlic bread with cheese, probs best in Teeside and the dough was great, plenty of garlic and cheese. 5*

Donner meat good, very good portion size, hot and not greasy 5*

Garlic sauce average, nothing to shout about 3*

Fries spot on, crispy and piping hot- just as they should be 5*

Chicken kebab was poor, chicken had no flavouring, it look anaemic, salad basic. 1*
