Peckish Stockton — Restaurant in England

Nice food. But Please! Please do Not answer phone calls when handling food, not only is it a little bit rude, but then the same unwashed hands to handle money, then going back to touching food. It really put me off from coming back in future, which is sad because the food is decent. This is the only issue I have with this place. If your staff start using gloves or have a consistent method of not handling food and money with the same unsanitary hands, then I will start coming back for sure. Remember the handling of a phone is also a BIG NO, from a hygiene and customer service perspective. I hope you can improve on...

Updated my review since the owners actually took the time to respond which shows they care about their reputation and their customers. But they must remember that 'no complaints' doesn't equal 'no problems'.

Fantastic food but (from a pedantic perspective) the customer service just needs a slight improvement.

The Stockton shop has excellent quality desserts which are highly recommended.

The specials at both shops are delicious and value for money compared to their competitors.

Parking is also much better at the Stockton shop and theirs a handy cash machine on...

It's a nice shop, don't get me wrong.

I got the special of the day; it was lamb curry and rice. By the time I got a drink, it came to £7. To be honest, it had 6 pieces of diced lamb. The rice had no flavouring, just bland white rice, kind of reminded me of prison rice.

For the same price, I would rather go to Frandos and get chicken strips with rice or go to KCS where I can get like more than 6 pieces...
