Pepler’s Point Memorial Stone give a sweeping view over Lulworth Cove. Named after Sir George Lionel Pepler (1882-1959) who was a tenant at Little Bindon for 50 years. Pepler was a town planner and largely responsible for the Town and Country Planning Act of 1947, which established the principles of the green belt and the importance of proper town planning within communities. After the Second World War his skills proved very useful due to the amount of post war housing being built.

Einfach nur schön und erholsame hier,wenn unten viel los ist. Kann man hier eine gute Zeit allein verweilen die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen. Trotzdem sollte man hier vorsichtig unterwegs sein. Man kann bei Unachtsamkeit schnell abstürzen. Kinder und Hunde sollten auf jedenfall acht gegeben werden. Aufstieg mit Hund ist möglich

Super viewpoint looking out over Lulworth Cove. It's a bit of a trek round but you have a couple of options: either walk along the rocky beach and take a short climb to the monument or follow the coast path over the hill and back down a number of steps to the viewing point. Both have their positives and both will...

What can I say apart from, wow! On a sunny warm day this is just such a great place to visit. If you enjoy walking, then you’re going to love it here. The views and some of the nice pups and people that we met, just made it all so much more enjoyable. Enjoy your visit and take care of this...
