Read moreTerrible Experience with Mushy Watermelon and Unhelpful Service at Strawberry Garden.
I recently made my second purchase of a watermelon from Strawberry Garden, hoping that my previous disappointing experience was just a fluke. Unfortunately, lightning struck twice, and my experience turned out to be even worse this time. I feel compelled to share my frustration and warn others about the poor quality and customer service at Strawberry Garden.
Once again, the watermelon I purchased was mushy and lacked any semblance of freshness. It had a squishy texture that was far from appetizing. It seemed as if the fruit had been left to rot for an extended period, resulting in an unpalatable mess. The lack of quality control and attention to freshness at Strawberry Garden is simply unacceptable.
Adding insult to injury, the prices at Strawberry Garden are outrageously high for the abysmal quality of their products. It is utterly unjustifiable to charge premium prices for watermelons that are clearly outdated and past their prime. I felt cheated and taken advantage of as a customer, paying a premium for something that was completely subpar.
To make matters worse, Mr. Gohgi, at Strawberry Garden, displayed a shockingly ignorant and rude attitude when I approached him about my concerns. I politely asked for a refund or an exchange due to the poor quality of the watermelon, but he dismissively and arrogantly stated that returns were not allowed. His lack of empathy and disrespectful behavior towards a paying customer was absolutely unacceptable.
Strawberry Garden has proven itself to be a place where outdated fruits are sold at exorbitant prices, with no regard for customer satisfaction or basic decency in handling complaints. My second encounter only reaffirmed my belief that this establishment is not worth anyone's time or money.
I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Strawberry Garden. The combination of outdated fruits, overpricing, and unhelpful and disrespectful service from Mr. Gohgi make it a complete disappointment. There are far better options available that offer fresh, high-quality produce and value their customers'...
Read moreThe shop is good, has great variety of stuff. We had a great experience until we met the guy at the till. Customer service is poor. He was literally pushing the items after scanning and literally letting it drop until there was a thud at the end of where we were standing. And was totally dismissive of us while we billed. We felt as though he thought - "I have to serve you and I hate serving you". It was as if he was doing us a favour.
We have so many Muslim friends, and they are very respectful and we are respectful as well.
However there was a elderly person at the shop - who was very respectful. He was a shining light.
I really hope the owner sorts out the customer service training for the workers. Otherwise the hard work put in to build such a great shop will slowly be lost to the...
