We could not recommend TSQ more. We first came across them at my graduation at Swansea University in 2018 and couldn’t get over how amazing they were, and the atmosphere they brought to the day. I think from that moment, we had our hearts set on having them at our wedding. Korine was always so quick at responding to any questions we had - communication was brilliant at all times which made planning everything so much easier. In terms of the actual day, we had them play during our wedding breakfast which just made such a lovely atmosphere. We couldn’t stop jiggling to the music as we were eating our meals and so many people came to us afterwards saying how amazing the music was. My husband and I celebrated our wedding at the King Arthur Hotel late this summer, Taliesin Strings were an amazing part of our day. The sound, both inside for the ceremony and outside for the drinks reception, was beautiful and genuinely brought us much joy. Their repertoire is extensive; we went with the traditional Pachelbel’s Canon for the aisle music and a selection of film score arrangements and modern chart music for the rest, with a sprinkling of Bridgerton (our guests particularly enjoyed the latter and Concerning Hobbits). Taliesin String Quartet recently accompanied my daughter's wedding ceremony at The Holy Cross Church, Cowbridge and then played at the drinks reception held at The Bear Hotel. Their playing was superb and at times very emotional. It certainly impressed all our guests. Nothing was too much trouble for the Quartet-they even managed to accommodate our two year old page boy who was particularly interested in their music.
