Ordered takeaway online using their website. Delivery time 90 mins no problem. 15 mins after email confirmed delivery time rang to see if they had got lost. Told too busy and would be at least another 30 mins. Asked why they hadn’t emailed / rung to explain - reply “not my job”. Explained good customer service is to keep customers informed if cannot make times they had confirmed - manager disagreed. Says my problem!!! Asked for refund - told to ring website ..... guess what website refers you to their shop number - we did not order via Just Eat who always check on how you found your food. Feels and tastes like a complete con ..... so sad as friends had recommended them. Will never ever use and am nearly £40 worse off because they claim the payments don’t go to them. Last time I had mixed feelings about the food because my food was good and the for the rest of the family it was bad. I gave the place one last chance last night and it was terrible for me. If takeaways are going to be expensive, it's a luxury for us to enjoy but also a luxury for the staff to not botch it up.

The onion bhaji was raw in the centre, and my favourite dish is dhansak was overly sweetened. Bath the biggest insult was being served unfresh chips that tasted like log wood. If food is going to be pricey, I expected it fresh and delicious at least for their efforts.

Ordered Online, they say you'll get a confirmation email that the shop has received your order, guess what I didn't. So I phoned the shop the phone was answered by a very rude man, who wouldn't let me explain my predicament just kept saying we are really busy. But eventually said they had my order. The food arrived with missing sundries so I phoned again, same rude man, said he couldn't do anything until driver had come back, which was no good to me as my family wanted to eat, he said he'd phone me back... guess what no phone call, and no missing sundries. The food was ok ish but I would never order from this...
