I made an order via a Living Social/Wowcher voucher for a cocktail/glass gift set for my friend's birthday with ample time for it to arrive for my friend's special day. Living Social/Wowcher website directs customers to contact Tapp'd in the event an order hasn't arrived. Called Tapp'd customer service and the phone was answered by a lovely lady who said she would look into it. She said it hadn't been despatched but would be that day and I would get an email when it had. 4 days later no email and my friend hadn't heard anything, call again. This time the apologetic lady said that the glasses hadn't been in stock but likely to be despatched on Monday. Nothing yet so called again. And nobody has got back to me. It's been three weeks since I placed the order. The set is available on their website to order so assuming the glasses are now in stock, but I don't understand why my order hasn't been fulfilled. Read moreUnfortunately this company has got too big for its boots and the customer service has gone downhill along with it. We are local and they used to have a guy in a van deliver (same day) and the service was always fantastic. Now they don't reply to emails or calls and don't value their customers as much as they used to. We ordered some cocktails on 28th May expecting them to be delivered by 1 June (as is stated on their website). DHL notified us that they'd be delivered yesterday (which they weren't) and today it was showing as delayed. After a long back and forth I found out that they haven't even been dispatched by tappd. They apologised but instead of offering some kind of goodwill gesture to a regular customer such as free delivery or a voucher they said it can be delivered next week. Which just isn't good enoug! Paying by Apple Pay the delivery address was incorrect, from that point everything became my problem with absolutely no customer service or support. I placed a 2nd order to ensure a timely delivery to the correct destination paying £63.99. I returned the original order and was refunded the cheaper of the order values. (Maybe if someone cared they would have understood the situation) Trying to correct the original order, I telephoned the customer service team 4 times and it was never answered. Responses to emails were delayed and very lacking in any support. After this event I summarised my experience in an email and hoped for an acknowledgement, but nothing, radio silence!!!!
