Disgusting people. No manners at all, not even an apology after the dishonesty of stating will deliver around 2 hours ago and still not delivered the food which was ordered through ubereats. When called to query why it hasn't been delivered yet as ETA was almost two hours ago, they fobbed off several times being dishonest sayonf driver left over 10 minutes ago or it's 5 minutes away when after another half hour wait it still didn't arrive. When contacted again still tried to fob off, not even an apology for the extreme delays so asked for money back then so can order from another place and even then said my children ill wanted outside food and it showed would come around half 4 that's why ordered. The pathetic restaurant man on the phone then shouted aggressively saying ,"OK OKAY we will give your money back!" Yet received no refund or the food! Worst customer service ever! UberEATS doesn't even have a number to complain and keeps referring back to call restaurant for the delay of order. We rather have our money back to order from a decent mannered restaurant. This restaurant and it's staff are not worth even one star after this experience. I should have checked other reviews before ordering as looks like others experienced similar behaviours and...
