I've ordered from here a couple of times and the prices I think are very good, everything is cooked well and isn't greasy or tough, and the service has always been great! The only downside is that I found the food a bit bland. Salt and pepper items are nice, and I do actually really like the chow mein because it's not dry like at other places, it's really moist and well cooked but the other things I've ordered have been quite bland unless you drown them in sauce and even then the sauces aren't strong. But I know that some people might like that and prefer being able to cater it to their tastes, in which case this is the perfect place. Food half eaten when the delivery driver returned asking for cash payment

Not the delivery drivers fault

Spoke to Kai for the second time who was extremely rude and aggressive.

Cash paid in good faith and I informed Kai that I would take further action if my daughters bank account was charged again

Cold food ended up in the bin.

Kai, you need to go on a customer service course , shocking...

First time I’ve ordered food from here and checked their reviews

However have to say my order was a total waste of money

Beef in black bean sauce was practically inedible and most went in the bin

The duck wraps appeared to be brown chicken not duck

The salt and pepper chicken was ok but again only thing I could eat but nothing great just didn’t want to throw whole meal away

Wouldn’t bother again

Bring back the five stars in park farm

Looks like I will have to find somewhere else in future
