First visit here and was quite impressed. Pints were good and with tenants at under £3 thought it was reasonably priced. Proper old school pub, interior is a little run down with some damaged flooring and duct tape on a few of the seats but that aside the place is spotless and as clean as a pub as I've ever been in. Probably not the most welcoming looking bar from the outside but good, big interior and decent friendly punters and staff. Probably not somewhere to take a date but would be excellent for session with with mates or even stopping in for a quick pint.

A very welcoming pub with both bar and lounge. The lounge has a great pool table looks clean and well presented. Bar staff are also very friendly in the usual Glasgow way. Patrons are also very chatty and make you feel welcome. Please visit you will not regret it!

Hi fellow duke patrons just seen this post from EDWARD GRAHAM as a student from Nigeria and a student what I would like to add is never have I felt so welcome with student friends in your establishment great pub beer pool table all all reasonably priced for locals and students...
