Peak Cottage — Local services in High Peak

We stayed here, arriving on Boxing Day. There is no parking by the cottage but we were able to park pretty much outside. The steps to the front door would possibly hinder someone with reduced mobility, or a pushchair as the steps go straight onto the road, but the road is not busy, being a no through road. The cottage was lovely, full of character, the kitchen was spacious for 2. The woodburner was great, but maybe take some more of your own logs if particularly cold on your visit. The heating worked fine. The bathroom was beautiful, I loved the bath after all the walking! Beds were comfortable and the local village was lovely to wander around.
