Dolan’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I will never be back! We waited nearly 50 minutes on our breakfast to come for my order to be completely different to what I ordered. I ordered a bumper fry from the menu which did not come with any black or white pudding and when my plate was set down it was the only thing I could see. And when I explained to the waitress that it was not what I ordered she just asked ‘so will I change it or what’. Partner got an omelette which left a lot to be desired. Looked like it was pre made and then microwaved. Gave us toast but did not give us any butter. Orange juice was absolutely roasting warm and our glasses were disgusting. We couldn’t get coffee because they don’t supply any milk alternative when there is literally a shop attached to the cafe. Or and another thing. A family sitting next to us had to go to the shop to get snacks for their children because the wait was so long. Not good. Never be back. Do...

Just out from Dolans Restaurant for my Sunday dinner, firstly our dinner over all was fine but don't assume I would like cauliflower and cheese with it, please ask what veg I would like. First time ever having to write a review, But I can't ignore my disappointment of having to send my dessert back as it came down cold, but highlighting the fact I ordered the Hot Belgium waffle, and upon sending it back I received a second one which was rock hard and unedible, and had to be left. On leaving we were just asked what table we sat at, no common courtesy of how was your meal. I totally understand restaurants get busy during a Sunday dinner but common courtesy and manners...

from my recent visit at the Dolan's recently and was shocked how it changed with staff their service was appalling very slack and slow and the service to customers bringing a menu!!! most of the staff where usually gossiping. In the back with the staff! Maybe the staff get a taste of their own medicine the service was not up to scratch when customers had to go up and get their own menu's. Some customers when they came in they had sat down for at least 10 mins or more before they got a service! And when staff was asked what was the hold up she said we are busy and only 3 on working! Well it didn't stop them standing gossiping! It be a while...
