Beautiful location which was gifted to the people of Otley. However, the town council decided to charge to park here. Apparently the pay machines kept getting vandalized ( disgruntled towns folk?) So now you have to download an app to pay then they have the audacity to charge you a fee to use the app. So like everyone else, we turned around and parked in a lay by further down and walked.
