On the app it says that you get dips with your sides, but ever since they started putting everything in those "chick n dip" boxes, even when you've bought a different side, they've stopped including the dips you're supposed to get with it. Asked a delivery driver if they don't include them anymore and he just said "I dunno" and walked off, before getting back in his car with music blaring loud enough for the whole street to hear it, even after he'd closed the car door. Not to mention the side I ordered was supposed to have 7 pieces, though it came with only 5. They're little things, but it's still annoying and shouldn't happen to begin with.
Considering the other reviews on here lately, it's pretty obvious that the store won't bother trying to resolve anything for you even if you call them and tell them about an issue. And that the person in charge of responding to the online reviews will just spam an email address for you to message that won't actually go anywhere, showing that they clearly can't be bothered to do any real work, I haven't seen one instance of someone updating their review to actually say anyone from dominos had ever helped them or resolved their issue in some way.
Its unfortunate to see because I always used to receive really good customer service particularly from this store, but it seems like the quality of service is going down, be it due to work ethic or potentially whatever else. Maybe dominos don't pay their staff enough as they deserve anymore, it wouldn't surprise me, but who knows. It's a shame that as a result, the customers experience will worsen...

I ordered another one this week and a garlic bread and it was terrible. Delivery said five minutes but it took fifteen minutes or more. The driver was nice and apologised and I said it was ok which it would have been if Iād received what I ordered and paid for. It was in the āquality checkā process for ages which clearly was a lie because my garlic bread had no tomato base on at all and my pizza had hardly any tomato base so the dough had bubbled up and gone dry. The cheese was put in the middle and there was a light sprinkling of cheese on the rest so that had gone crispy and dry like the dough and they hadnāt bothered putting any of the Korean sauce on the top so it was awful, dry and cold. You couldnāt even pick one nice piece because the lack of tomato base meant there was big dry dough bubbles all over the pizza. So annoyed because I was looking forward to it but Iāll never order from here again. Ā£20 wasted. They said they would put the other pizzas under the lights and I would have to wait 25 minutes for my pizza to be made. I told them I would not be willing to wait that long so the girl asked the supervisor if they could prioritise my pizza but he refused so I asked for a refund and the girl gave me the other two pizzas but when I got home she had given me the wrong pizza and she had kept my son's pizza so I had to drive back to get my son's pizza which by this time was cold. Still no apology from the supervisor for messing up my pizza and giving me the wrong pizza causing me to make two trips. He just kept shrugging and saying they were busy. Absolutely terrible customer service. I managed to get my pizza from Aintree instead and my daughter said my Aintree pizza looked less of a mess than her Rice Lane pizza. I won't be returning to the Rice Lane Dominos, their attitude to their own mistakes...
