marylI4556VC Liverpool, United Kingdom Pending review Bad customer service I rang for an order to be delivered the man who answer didnt understand english an shouted then buttoned me what is that about bad service, I go there every week more then once a week that's really terrible service, the moonlight staff have no manners an manners cost nothing antheres plenty of customers making the same complaint I'd give a minus ☆ if I could on the staff... never again I'll go to sizzlaz s in future.

Absolutely disgusting attitude on the phone when called re an order, then called us back to swear at us when we thought the order was cancelled as we had asked. Literally the worst I've ever heard anyone speak when ringing from a business. A mistake on their part turned into a huge ordeal. Unnecessary to tell us not to order again because, quite frankly, I wouldn't step foot in there if you paid me.

Waited over an hour and a half for the worst kebab I've ever received from anywhere ever, I won't even say Chicken kebab because it didn't resemble anything like chicken in the look taste or texture, also cold and asked for sweet chili, got sweet chilli and mayo!? 🤦🏻‍♀️ The cheesy garlic bread was like plastic food that you buy your kid for their toy kitchen and absolutely dripping in grease, also never seen cheese that colour on a garlic bread before so not quite sure what was even goin on there tbf. What a waste of money, could of made better myself but after a long shift behind the bar and getting home hungry, I thought I'd order as the reviews were good from previous customers and it was the only place open at half1 in the morning. Stay clear of this place people, nothing but a greasy odd tasting weird looking chicken kebab...

Okay so I was apprehensive ordering from here due to how many negative reviews there was. But tonight I thought well ill delve into it and take a chance because why not? (Please note that some takeaways and other food outlets have their bad days)

Anyway. The meal I ordered tonight for me and my fiance was delicious? I was so shocked haha. Food arrived (after a long hour n a tad wait) but it was worth it. Majority was piping hot and fresh! Theconly let down to me was the cheesey garlic bread. It was a little on the dry side for me and I love cheesey garlic bread. All the meats where tender. Salad was freshly cut. Chips where cooked nice. And the bread was hot and nice too. (Gutted you get more donner meat than other meats :( I'm gonna definitely order from here again to see if I have the experience that I...
