The Royal Oak Hotel — Restaurant in Liverpool

Went In there today evertons last game of the season at home I was stood there for half a hour trying to get me and my partner a drink. I understand it is busy but the bar people especially this Lad kept serving people and then when new people came the bar he would serve them again and again and again. Me and this couple stood there for half hour with no service So in the end i walked out absolutely shocking service won't ever go here again that lad needs to scrape up on his bar skills I hope...

the first thing you notice is the smell of clean .. always a good sign no matter where you go. the second thing is ..tidy & well kept. Then the friendly bar staff and lastly the locals, equally friendly. A good old fashioned proper English pub with the modern essentials, juke box, massive HD tv , pool table , darts board etc etc.. Call me old fashioned but 10/10 for me.. Oops... the beer is unmolested...

Nice biggish pub near to Everton FC, great for match days. Good range of drinks, reasonable prices and the wait to be served isn't too bad, even when it's very busy.
