THE WORST CHINESE TAKEAWAY EVER.

This place used to be really good but now I think it's new owners and its became abismal. I ordered two dishes, chips with onions and gravy, and I ordered beef mushroom with no onions and a side of boiled rice. I had to place the order twice because he forgot it, then he made the chips and gravy first and left it on top of the gravy pots. Then the boiled rice came out and waited with the chips and gravy..... A full 10 minutes later the beef mushroom came out. When I got home the chips with onions and gravy and the boiled rice where stone cold, bare In mind I live a 1 minute walk away. And the beef mushroom was inedible the gravy was slimy, the beef was tough and the mushroom were practically raw. AND there was more chunks of onion in the dish than there was meat and mushroom.... I specifically said NO ONIONS.. I have a slight allergy.

I phoned up to complain And tell them I was Coming back for a refund and was told "manager is not here, the dish was cooked maybe its just you"

Absolutely awful! Ordered food via just eat around 11.10pm ish .. they accepted order and payment stated it would be delivered by 1220am.... then they decided at 1220am to cancel the order. I rang them and asked what had happened... they had decided they could not fulfill order and had the audacity to say they had tried to call me when they hadn't. I contacted just eat who clearly contacted them as 5 mins after receiving refund from just eat I received a call at 1245am to say they could no longer fulfill order .. 25mins after they had originally cancelled. Why they accepted the order in the first place is beyond me... why not decline straight away. Shocking...

I recently ordered from Yang Sing Takeaway, and it was an absolute nightmare. The food was awful, and I was horrified to learn that they make their dishes two weeks in advance. The staff was incredibly rude and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my order. They forgot my drink, and the food gave me really bad diarrhoea. The crackers were drenched in oil, and the curry sauce was like tar. It was so bad that it affected my mental health over the weekend. This place is a rat box, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. The lady worker was rude, and the guy barely spoke English. Avoid Yang Sing Takeaway...
