A friend and I were stopped from using an exit that we just saw a couple of people walking out of (about 5 steps ahead of us). This exit was closest to our onward destination. We were not redirected to the appropriate exit but tried to rationalise the signposting by considering the impact of the pandemic (still didn't make sense that others were let out for the same door). After we had eventually found the unmarked exit and made our way round the store externally, we still saw other shoppers exiting through the door we had just been prohibited from using (literally 2 minutes prior)!

It was really irritating. If you're going to have entrance and exit doors (understandably due to the pandemic) with staff manning them, then you shouldn't cherry pick which category* of customers you let...

Very disappointed. Went to & other stories in the King’s Cross branch on 1/10/25 spoke to a short man with black hair who was managing the shoe section who had a HORRIBLE attitude. Extremely offended...I went there to buy trainers after trying the trainers on I decided to buy them and discussing with my friend buying shorts as well I then got rudely asked if I wanted to try the trainers on and obviously from the way the shop assistant acted towards me she presumed I was going to stell the trainers which is far from it as I wanted to try something else!
