Great selection of shops to visit, however....

Reason for the 1 star is I have just finally won a 2 month... no other word for it... battle... with Smart Parking who manage this car park. The car park appears to have been designed by someone who has yet to feel the joy of sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle and this resulted in it taking us over 45 mins to make our way out. This pushed us over the 3 hour limit by and to my horror I was sent a £70 fine.

I am by no means car park expert but given that being stuck in traffic was 1) not my fault and 2) not the same as taking up a parking spot I promptly appealed and then horror came for a second visit when this appeal was rejected by Smart Parking.

Despite numerous attempts to contact to the owners of this retail park I received nothing throughout this 2 month war. Thankfully amongst this fog of confusion and ambiguity, a saviour was waiting to come to my aid. Like a knight rescuing a damsel in distress, POPLA (the independent appeals service) came to my aid. Once sharing my evidence with them they clearly saw reason, and after they approached Smart Parking to hear their side, the charge was dropped.

Justice... had... prevailed

All in all good set of shops but be ready to fight back when an unfair parking ticket comes your way....

My recent visit to Greenwich Shopping Park was a pleasant experience, offering a convenient and diverse range of shopping options for visitors. The park boasts a selection of high street stores, providing a variety of products and services to cater to different needs and preferences.

One of the standout features of Greenwich Shopping Park is its generous parking policy, allowing customers up to three hours of free parking. This added convenience makes it easy for shoppers to take their time exploring the park's offerings without worrying about parking fees.

While I had a positive experience overall, it's worth noting that the park has received mixed reviews, with some customers citing issues with traffic congestion during peak hours. However, many visitors have praised the park for its selection of stores and ease of access.

In conclusion, Greenwich Shopping Park is a worthwhile destination for those seeking a convenient and varied shopping experience in London. With its array of high street stores and customer-friendly amenities, the park is a great option for a day of...

Great place for a visit! (see Update below!) Massive big warhorse type of shops: M&S, Next, TKMax, Matalan, etc. Plenty of eateries as well, and a massive Starbucks. The best feature: Space! Plenty of space to drive, park, and walk freely - a real treat in such a n overcrowded city. Weekday time was very calm, and there were hardly any people to bump into. But I am sure the weekends will be extremely busy. Plan ahead! UPDATE: be aware of the cat parking penalties!! Apparently the land is categorised as “Private”, and the charges, if you are unlucky to stay a little more then the allocated time of 2 hours, are excruciating. There has been a case already in the courts against the owners of the “private” land there, who are charging enormous sums to the unsuspecting customers, but unfortunately the court ruled in favour of the owners. Do not stay longer then the allocated time (never mind the shops are massive, plenty, and will need longer time to shop in there. And there are the restaurants and cafes to consider, where one may want to...

Enormous place...with a lot of shops hard to find in one place, such as Hobbycraft, decathlon, boots, card factory,Matalan,Lidl,Wilko,TK Max,Poundland,JD Sports, Superdrug,Sports direct, optical city.. My reason for going was to make a purchase in Hobbycraft, which at first, thought it to be like staples, but it's far from that..my opinion is it's mainly has things for the person ,who has the classical hobbies in mind ,such as knitting , sewing, drawing, painting, air fix models, seasonal DIY Halloween moulds, with the bonus in mind of offering workshops..during the time I was their ,I found the assistants most pleasant, and helpfull.i was fortunate enough to get what I want, but would highly recommend you consider using their click, and collect, especially if it's quite out of your way.

First visit to this new TK Maxx branch today. Which has a good size car park (free) right outside the shop. Was a semi quick in and out only needed a gift card. There was a queue at the till, which wasn't to long and moved at a good pace, the staff were friendly, service with a smile which is always nice! I will definitely be visiting again to have a good look around. The TK Maxx next door to Smyths Toy Superstore.Closed down and this is the new site.

Not sure if the shopping park is everything around here but from their website, it's got to be more than a dozen stores of which they do cover a good range of things from JD Sports, Hobbycraft to Card Factory. Getting here with public transport, Charlton which uses Thameslink/southeastern or for buses, Peninsular Park Road via buses 472/486 is your closest. Good.
