Avoid shopping here! I only went to B&M for 37 minutes and spent £10.48. Even though it says, private land and it's 2 hours maximum parking for customers only. I've just received a parking charge letter for parking and shopping here. Mind you, I haven't been to Kidbrook for 2 years, as I don't live around here anymore. You will be fined £70 for a parking penalty unless you pay within 14 days, then it'll be £40 🙄 There were no clear signs to say there was a limit or that you had to sign in and register your vehicle. Apparently, this is all new and the store staff doesn’t mention it as you are leaving or paying for your shopping. They're purposely scamming people!

Because this store is a little smaller than others some things aren't available, but it's clean and well stocked. They rely upon Aldi for customer loos which isn't great, they really SHOULD have their own. It's a great store for cupboard groceries AND for finding decor etc. I think my last home finds were for my office and they were an absolute steal. The lamp was £8 and the tealight holder - which is used as my pen pot - wasn't expensive. Maybe £4? The toiletries and household detergents etc are VERY reasonably priced, it's a great place to get these.

It was raining that day. My son wanted to use the toilet but they had none . A staff had to direct me to Aldi next door to use the toilet . Although the store had a lot of things we needed , we had to leave early cos of this

I will never visit this branch again I parked here for 33 mins and received a fine they have hardly any signage and when I called customer service they refused to help and said the shop can’t help either that I have to pay a fine to park as a customer in B&M. Which is £40. I have had this same issue with other company’s and there car parks and they have wavered the tickets every-time this is absolutely disgusting and a scam to there own customers I will never go to that branch ever again and strongly advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Their own staff don’t even prompt their own customers about the parking. Disgusting...

I walked into the store on Friday 4th December 2020 and a worker was so rude to the kids of the school near it, and he told me and my friend to get out and not in a nice way the disrespect this man had to us was revolting i hadn’t been in b&m in a few weeks because i was revising for mocks and and ended up not buying food and i had mocks going on that week and he could’ve just said it in a nice way but instead he used a rude tone which changed my mood for my mock exam and i was hungry that whole day because i didn’t have time to go to another store and get food for school lunch...
