Bandon Hill Joint Cemetery — Local services in London

The lady handling the records was helpful but the layout of this huge cemetery is very poorly labelled against those references.

They have claimed the right to "recycle very old graves", even those purchased in supposed perpetuity, but I don't call 75 years "very old". Notwithstanding this, when they rip up the monuments they leave them in a pile of rubble at the side of the tracks. The least they could do, if they must destroy them, is show a bit of respect and do it and remove all the debris...
