Boots — Local services in London

I do not leave reviews but the service and treatment here towards us customers and colleagues is shocking!

The pharmacy team are rude. I have heard them gossip about colleagues and customers, especially that Jane woman. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Absolutely not needed, this store might as well get closed because how is this type of behaviour and customer service allowed PLEASE? Never coming back to this store, a whole joke. How the store manager allows this, I have no idea!

Thankfully the customer service team are nice but seriously the pharmacy team should either leave or have some respect...

I went to this store on March 1st this year i bought first defence Nasal spray and paracetamol I didn't get a receipt just got my bank statement today they charged me £25 i was not given a receipt and looks like they are trying to keep my money they have made no effort to contact me yet asked me for my bank card and statement and wondering if i have lost my money please check when in this store. This is a smaller Boots that won't have the same variety and abundance as a larger store but they are much nicer here than the Boots around the corner, especially the pharmacy and cashiers. You can also order whatever you want online and have it shipped it. I did that once that the staff was kind enough to open the box for me and take the rubbish so I didn't have to dispose of a big box.
