I would never buy from this shop ever again, the owner / manager is very rude and is very discriminatory towards dissabled people. Don't use i used this shop for a number of years , he thinks he is better than anyone else. I would never set foot in this place ever again. Very expensive , you ask for a bit of free sauce on your chips , £0.30p is to much to loose in terms of showing a bit of good customer services. I asked once and got a very bad attitude , i asked for no viniger on my chips and he delibrately threw viniger all over my chips , and then he , "tried to blame me for taking his attention off while preparing my chips" , and then he refused to serve me after that occassion because i refused to ever go back to this shop. Avoid at all costs , the owner / manager of this shop is all about profit before people or good customer services. I am a dissabled person myself , this takeaway is absolutely appaling and is let down by only one "staff member" , the "manager or owner himself" , no compassion for anyone except himself. I have no problem / s with any of his other staff members at all they are all good people . It's only the "owner / manager's" attitude and "customer service's" that lets this place down. Customers avoid at all costs , there are much better fish and chip shops out there that give excellent customer service especially to their dissabled customers. If there was a -5 star rating , i would give this "buisness" a big -5 star rating that is for 100% sure. I would go along way by bus to buy off this shop and support this buisness , never again will i waste my time or effort ever again. I would like to see this buisness close as "the manager / owner" has no respect for his customer's except for himself. Terrible service & dishonest staff! I placed an order via uber eats, added a note on the order to add salt and vinegar on the chips, this is something that should always be done anyway. I receive the order and there was no salt and vinegar even though i asked for it. I rang them and the member of staff who prepared the order was lying and said he had added it when he did not. You can always tell when there is salt and vinegar, the aroma fills the room, there was nothing on this order. The owner didn't even apologise! The lying member of staff cannot read or speak english which is why he couldn't read the note. Very poor service, this is not the first time this has happend, they do this all the time. food use to be good, however after calling to place an order i had asked how long the wait is. if it was longer than 30 minutes i would not have ordered, the lady said 10-15 minutes. i ordered and waited outside for 1 hour 15 minutes as they slowly went up to my number. as soon as it got to my number (25) they skipped me and went to 30. i then approached the lady and said sorry my number is 25 and then she said oh okay, salt and vinegar? like could you not say sorry for wasting your time and lying to you. made me really angry, ontop the chips where over cooked by the guy. really annoying, be legit about...
