I have found Ramesh‘s services excellent. I manage two properties owned by my son and daughter-in-law in RICHMOND. A washing machine was delivered by another supplier with many problems which eventually got returned. Ramesh was able to supply a new washing machine in a matter of days rather than waiting weeks with the other supplier. Ramesh also managed to make good all the problems caused by the initial installation including repairing the integrated kitchen cabinet door for the washing machine. Ramesh also supplied a dishwasher for the other property. It should have been an easy installation but when Ramesh visited the kitchen units had been built over the pipework making it impossible to install the new dishwasher. Ramesh arrange for a plumber to visit within a few days to reconfigure the pipework enabling the dishwasher to be plumbed in correctly. The element in my fan oven packed up and so I googled and found VT Electronics which, although less than 5 miles from home , to my shame I had never heard of. The owner was really helpful and had the correct element in stock at a great price too. My first instinct had been to shop online but I'm so glad I found this shop and we are trying to support local shops wherever possible. I paid only just over half of what I would have paid online with the extortionate postage that was to be applied, plus my oven would have been out of commission longer. It just shows that shopping online is NOT always the cheap option and I would advise people to shop locally...
