AK Chicken — Restaurant in London

I called up this afternoon to simply enquire about some chicken wings, as I haven’t ordered from them for a few years now since they reopened. So I wanted to know if the recipe as well the owners had changed. The first guy had trouble understanding me so I asked to speak to someone who could, I was then put on the phone with someone else and was shortly cut off by the phone being put down. I called back 4 times and they ignored me!!! This is unacceptable, if customers cannot simply ask about the food they’re buying why own a food shop or even have a contact...

Bbq chicken wings are yesterday's hot wings reheated in microwave but freezing cold in middle them Bbq sauce added.my concern is that when they close and store those wings I'm assuming are put straight in the fridge without being cooled down before putting in the fridge, this is very dangerous and can cause all kinds of illnesses. I don't think this is allowed to resell the food that's been in the hot plate for god...
