I always use Long House and usually the food is fantastic. But my experience this evening has completely changed my perception. I made a large order of nearly £60 and the quality of all food items was extremely poor. Firstly they cooked the ribs in the wrong sauce. Admitted this fault then contested that the same fault was made on another order. The female chef could be heard shouting about this matter. The person on the phone, then handed of to the female chef who shouted at me continuously telling me that she only made a mistake on the ribs and not the prawns (never mind the fact that the rest of the room was poorly made). We asked that the food be replaced and they could take back the wrong order. The woman proceeded to shout and tell me that she would not take my order again, despite the fact that we were courteous to her. I had to repeatedly ask the woman to stop shouting but to no avail. We received the correct order in the end but again, poorly made; covered in grease and oil. I will not order from here again. Very...

The food here is really nice, it’s so nice you crave it once you have it for the 1st time. It’s a 5 star for food, and I had been using them for over 5 years, however the service isn’t on point, during these unprecedented times they still were not allowing payment by card for people shielding over the phone and have today advised that they can’t accommodate allergies as mistakes may be made due to human error - like a disclaimer. I think that’s very serious based on how allergies can be. Unfortunately I will never be able to use them again, it you have no allergies though it’s definitely worth going too. Can’t help but think I was told that because I was paying by card though - (feeling disappointed)

This Chinese restaurant does not even deserve a star the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude she was trying to rush me by saying is this the correct order repeating herself when I was waiting for my parter to get his card I did mention this to her then she said I don’t take card you know this I said to her well I’m sorry I don’t have cash seem very dodgy to me so I said to my partner just cancel the food and to never go there again and now she has...
