Oh my gosh. So I'm new to coffee and have only braved a few different drinks from big branch company's. I love a frappe and a chocoholic so after seeing the chocolate bomb flavoured coffee online, one flavour of many to choose from, I emailed the company just asking of any of this flavoured coffee had extra sugar. I got a quick, polite and informative email, letting me know there is none! And I could get any flavour I wanted ground and put in my own container ready for my French press at home. ( they sell all the coffee accessories u need in store too!)I braved heading to the shop. I ordered a frappe with chocolate bomb coffee. I had it with no extra syrups, with whipped cream on top. Woah. Oh my gawd. It Was chocoholatey, fluffy creamy heaven. Every sip was just.....like coffee clouds of milky chocolate. AND!! It was cheaper than a chain! AND I was eyeing up a croissant at the counter! It was huge!! As big as my baby's head! I saw Buenos brownies. Oh! I can't wait to try more. After living in Australia and New Zealand the coffee capitals of the world, it's always been hard in the UK to get anywhere near the standard over there. Whilst we still have a lot of work to do....this place has set the standard!

Great atmosphere and the family who own it are really friendly and helpful. There is ALOT to choose from here and they will happily talk you through what they do and reccomend. Good amount of seating space, they do food and coffee equipment you can take home.

Most importantly they take their coffee seriously and you are supporting local! So ditch those mainstream brands who claim they sell coffee and come to this hidden gem you won't be disappointed. Just try not buy beans every time...

I recently visited Maldon coffee and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and warm service really stood out.

I ordered one of their famous toasties, and it did not disappoint! Perfectly toasted with a generous filling, it was just the comfort food I needed. They also have a fantastic selection of cakes and pastries, all beautifully displayed and fresh. Whether you're after a sweet treat or a savoury bite, there's something for everyone here.
