Superdrug — Local services in Manchester

There was no stuff in the tills, just one, the stuff lady was chatting with another customer and didn’t even look elsewhere and constantly talking, that was fine no problem. But the other 4 tills all were unaccompanied so I had to wait like 5 mins. Then a woman (stuff) came at another till, so an older woman went to that till to checkout before me because I didn’t notice that someone came so I let the elderly lady go before me, but the stuff was shelving up and didn’t even bother to check on her but just doing her work, I understand, fine with me! She made that elderly lady wait until she completed her work. The customer lady paid with cash and the cashier got busy checking if the £10 is real or fake, she was using no torch or anything just her eyes with weird expression, that was so embarrassing for the elderly woman. Then the elderly customer left the till after paying and I went forward, she was still checking out the £10 note that the lady gave, keeping me wait for another minute! No Hi, No thank you! She didn’t even speak at all or look at me. No greetings, nothing! She just made a grimace, scanned it and didn’t even bother to ask if I want to pay with cash or card, I had to ask her if I can pay with card? She didn’t even look happy when I wanted scan my Superdrug loyalty card! She looked very annoyed, no smile nothing! That arrogance, that attitude for what? This is not how you supposed to serve a customer! Very bad and awful behaviour. Never going back again to Cheetham hill...

This is a very good store. And I would have rated it as excellent, but after four visits, all made on a Monday afternoon, each with the same manager either being rude to staff and customers, I have revised my opinion of this store. There is a female middle aged manager there and frankly her management skills are appalling. I have seen her be rude and hostile to customers and staff on 4 separate visits. I myself have been at the receiving end of her aggressive and hostile customer service. Today I witnessed once again another scene caused by her. this time berating a girl who works on the makeup department, who I see every Monday and she is pleasant and very helpful to customers,myself included. I was stood yards from her whilst she told her off. How embarrassing for her and me the customer. I suggest you send this manager on some customer service training course and if that fails give...

Had a great shopping experience today at Superdrug Fort, Manchester while hunting for the perfect Valentine’s perfume deals—and wow, we struck gold!

We were lucky enough to be served by the famous Beverly and Rianna, who absolutely went above and beyond. Professional, polite, and truly dedicated, they made sure we left not only with great deals but also with a smile. Their customer service was next level—Superdrug, take note!

Staff like Beverly and Rianna set the standard for what great service should be across all your stores. Hope their boss sees this and gives them the bonuses they deserve (hint, hint)!
