I absolutely love this place! Eaten quite a few times by now and I have to say that I have never been let down,the food was absolutely delicious and cooked as I asked for,unfortunately I am not allowed to eat spicy,hot food and I have asked for my dish to be done without any and not only was it done perfectly but I must say that the waiter taking the order was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant is always and I do mean always looking absolutely pristine, sparkling clean, absolutely beautiful,I say this because I live just a street crossing from the restaurant and I pass it very often and I always see it looking clean and organised. All these have made the Naaz Restaurant our friends and family's first choice for special occasions and my birthday personally must be celebrated with a wonderful dinner from Naaz to make the day perfect,oh and I was so thankful and grateful for the gesture when I was told that they put some poppadoms on the house, a gesture like that just really makes even more special as it shows they take that extra step and they care about customers! Up until recently I had not been to Naaz for many years however I was pleased to discover that the chef has remained the same for the duration which has allowed the quality of food they serve to remain at a good standard consistently.

I have been here twice recently and on both occasions have generally enjoyed the service, the reason I could not give 5 stars is unfortunately due to the long wait times for food to come out on both occasions.

Normally love the naaz, never had a bad meal before, but usually eat in.First time having it delivered, we live 10 minutes by car from the restaurant ,when putting it out on the plate,the meal was literally just lukewarm, first time I've had chicken that was tough,it was if it had been sat somewhere before going out for delivery. My stuffed paratha and the naan bread were stone cold. Think they would benefit when delivering to have it in a special insulated bag to keep it warm.
