Leylam Pizza House — Restaurant in Mansfield

Appalling! Food was an hour late, kept ringing them to see where it is, just got told it’s not out for delivery yet. When it finally arrived over an hour late it was all COLD! & was missing our free bottle of pop. We then rang to tell them, they was fine they sent out another food order, for it to arrive and some of the food missing and still not free bottle of pop! - I then rang them again, he first moaned that the baby was crying, he then just gave me abuse over the phone. He basically said that I’m lying to get more food, because he’s had customers like me before who just want more and more- His words!! Basically saying I’m fat.. When in fact the food was actually cold and I expected when I was getting another order for all the food items to be Included not just some! I am absolutely disgraced! NEED BETTER FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Usually order from here their pizzas and garlic bread are to die for, but cant get in touch with them now. Typed name into Google to see if anything on there about it. Companies house popped up so i looked and found the were disolved in 2022, how is this possible when ordered only a few weeks ago? Came 45 mins late cold was basically called a liar. Told me they're just delivered to shirebrook food was warm I live in forest town.So has my food been on a road trip? Ordered at 7 45 came at 9 40. Wasted £22 . Food in bin happy Valentine's day. 1 star is the lowest rating I could give would have given 0 stars. I was recommended this place by a friend. Wont go again....
