Went to this hair salon because of the good reviews and I will never go back. I haven't been to a hair salon in over a year and was very warey, the second I walked it was empty and i didn't feel welcome. The lady doing my hair didn't communicate with me at all, I wasn't told what was being put on my head most of the time and she would just walk off leaving me there alone for 30-50 minutes without telling me what's going on. She didn't do small things a normal hair dresser should do such as ask you if the water in the bowl is too hot or cold, she didn't even remotely attempt to wipe away all of the hair dye left around my forehead or my neck, she cut into my hair without checking what I wanted, the colour she put on my hair was way darker than I expected and my hair was destroyed at the back. So many different tones going through it, INCLUDING GREEN I wouldn't recommend this place at all and will NOT be returning. When we tried to resolve this with the manager, it took her a week to come to a decision and her tone was very rude towards me, she finally gave me HALF my money back, it was a unpleasant experience for me with everyone I spoke too there DO...

I walked in today with which I thought was unrepairable hair as it was in a bad way. A lady named Laura looked after me today and she did wonders with my hair. I cant believe how my hair felt so much better and healtier in just one sitting. I had it bleached, toned, washed dryed and styled. Laura gave me useful intell on how to manage my hair going forward and she gave me my confidence back. I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. The ladies here are so welcoming and friendly! They always make me feel comfortable and have a really great energy. The salon is clean, well managed and the staff are knowledgeable. I love my hair after every visit! Plus, I booked my visit through Instagram direct message!
