We couldn't get an answer tonight when We phoned and then We decided to go in and order, when We arrived We were "greeted" by some woman with curly hair who had the worlds worst attitude! My partner asked for the Sweet Chilli Sauce (which He's ordered from here plenty of times) only to receive attitude from Her and told My partner We don't do that here, then someone else who works there pointed out that they do. We sat waiting for our food and She was trying to give Me the stare off. She has no customer service skills and it wouldn't have killed Her to wash Her hair considering the environment She is working in. So then We get home and the food was questionable at best! The chips were so dry that even a starving Seagull wouldn't have touched it and as for the stir fried vegetables, they had all this brown sticky gunk on it so I chose not to eat it in case I got sick. Won't be bothering with this place again. They need new staff who know what they're doing and...

After having moved to Area last year, I've been searching around for not only good restaurants here in the area, but of course for good takeaways and, even better, restaurants that deliver. I've been asking around and gathering opinions from people I've met and, when it comes to the Chinese cuisine, then one name has been recommended by nearly everyone I asked: The chef I've now had the opportunity to test their food and service on several occasions. The process of ordering and delivery is very efficient. Food has always arrived within the time indicated and has been hot. But most importantly, the food is fresh and tasty. No hint of MSG. The sauces are all individual thank goodness, which unfortunately is not the norm when it comes to a lot of Chinese restaurants. An English lady answered the phone and straight away told me rudely to wait and left me on hold for a minute. When I was ordering she was getting very confused at what I was trying to order even though I was only ordering two curry's, two rice, some chips and some prawn crackers. The order arrived fairly quickly, but without the prawn crackers. I called the shop and explained the situation to the Chinese lady that answered which was a complete waste of time because she just kept repeating the order back and saying there was no prawn crackers ordered. I tried to tell her multiple times I want them sent to me and I'll pay for them if they were left of the order by mistake.
