Pre-ordered for 7pm. Arrived 10m late but no big deal. The food however was another matter. Lamb Biryani was good as was the mushroom pilau. The naan bread was quite chewy and bland. The chicken balti was well below par though guys. It was like soup and nothing like as tasty as previous visits. A good 75% of it ended up in the bin.

We were looking for a nice place to eat and play board games after UK Games Expo and ended up here. What a great decision! Not only was the service fantastic, but the Bangladeshi owners make DELICIOUS food! I hope next time I am in Birmingham I can return. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately the wife and I seem to be less impressed than other reviewers. I wonder if it's to do with the Sunday night offer, perhaps you gets what you pays for? It was quite busy on the night and the service was very slow which was initially blamed on the salmon tikka starter. Perhaps it was but that wouldn’t explain why it took over an hour until we had the mains. When they did arrive both the Rezalla and Jaipuri had a watery gravy and subsequently little depth flavour. The chicken however was very good along with all the sides. Perhaps another day or another meal and things will be different.

Update, and 12 months last Tuesday it was completely different. There were 7 of us taking advantage of their midweek offer and all were more than happy. It was a close family get together and all are confirmed curry addicts. We had quite a variety of starters and main courses, and all appeared to be more than happy with what they had. Indeed my Tawa was one of the best I have had and the wife really enjoyed her balti which was slightly adjusted to suit her preference. The sides were pretty good too. Great food, service and value. What a difference...

We have ordered food from here several times in the last month. The first few times were good and the food was lovely but tonight the dishes had changed considerably from the last few weeks. We ordered food we had previously but it was inconsistent and flavourless and did not even look the same. The sauce in the special beef bhuna was awful and watery with hardly any flavour and the biryani's that we ordered were also extremely bland compared to last week. The prices had also gone up, we don't mind this but to pay more and receive meals that we could not finish we find very disappointing The tandoori chicken starters were nice but based on the rest of the order we cannot take the risk in future so sadly won't be ordering again. Maybe there was a different chef or they have cut down on the ingredients. We initially thought that we had found a great Indian takeaway but it seems...

The food and service are always brilliant here. The chicken and lamb are so tender, and the portions are the same for both delivery and eat-in. We have recommended it to so many people as we love it. The eat-in menu is such a good price for everything. I've tried a lot of their specials, and they are amazing. I would say that if you want spice, you really need to ask as we don't think their madras are anywhere near as hot as we would say a madras should be. Atmosphere - the place could do with a good lick of paint, and whatever they use on their floors could do with changing as it is really slippy. Their seats look tired too, and you sort of sink in, in the middle. I do think if they were to go in earlier on a couple of days and give it a good clean and paint, it would look...
