Domino's Pizza - Newport Pagnell — Local services in Milton Keynes

Usually love dominos from this store but unfortunately today was a little bit of a let down on the driver front. We waited over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered… we checked to see where the driver was and could see they were at another address, we assumed maybe delivering another order. However the address he was at was only 2 minutes from mine. A further 20 minutes passed and the driver still hadn’t moved. So my partner called the store to query what was going on where we were helped by one of the colleagues, they attempted to call the driver with no response… we were told to check again and notify them of any updates in regards to weather the driver had moved. We then checked again to see the driver was finally on his way! By the time he got to the door there wes no apology made nor a reason as so why it took so long. Not only that but when eating the pizza we realsised it was fairly cold. This is not the most ideal service. There needs to be a better tracking system for customers to see their drivers or a number for the driver so that they can be contacted. Not happy with...

Awful experience, pizzas were ordered and came quickly as can be expected, under an hour on a Friday night, however one pizza was completely wrong however the sticker was right so it had been made wrong and I hadn't received someone else's. I phoned up and spoke about this and I was told a replacement would be sent out and arrive within an hour to an hour and three quarters. The garlic pizza bread I also ordered had no cheese on either however I was couldn't care enough to mention this at this point.

Two and a half hours after calling about the incorrect pizza and after 10 attempts to phone the store with no answer I finally got through to which I was met by someone saying it was put down that I wanted a free pizza next time which was completely contradictory to the conversation I had with the previous person. This is the worst Dominoes in existence and it gave me food poisoning. Firstly an order from here to Stantonbury does not take 40 minutes, so right off the bat the food is cold. The chicken strips I ordered were undercooked and chewy, I didn't think it was possible for chicken to feel like beef but somehow this shop pulls it off. The garlic bread is one big slice of garlic bread and three small ones of nothing but dry dough. Lastly the pizza was an absolute car crash, there were slices on top of slices and it was dripping in grease despite having only single cheese and single source. The only good thing about my order was the sealed Fanta.
