If you're looking for a tabletop shop this isn't your place, not only are items priced way above what you can pay for them at other stores and Amazon (call of cuthulu at 47pounds each book) but the staff are snotty. Stuck up elitists, genuinely I've never seen a man who picks his own nose infront of customers, wipes it on his trousers. Then proceeds to try and act better than them. And I shouldn't be degraded for picking call of cuthulu over DND either, like seriously they are both tabletop rpgs what's the point of calling me "simple" and the game boring and for "People with lesser intelligence" . I'm not going near this shop again and I seriously don't see a point in the attitude. Especially after you picked your nose like a toddler.
Avoid this shop at all costs, go to black tower games, the games room, zatu or the games table. Just anywhere but here

They cancelled my whole order claiming: "we are not selling more than one of these decks to customers, as such I have cancelled and refunded your order. We try to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to get these decks and as commander is a singleton format there is no reason for duplicates"
Note here that they didn't cancel 3 of them leaving me with 1. They cancelled it all. And removed all of this deck from their website immediately so it's not even there to repurchase. This is 100% because they mistakenly put it up on their site and now are too dishonest to tell the truth and honour their mistakes.
I replied immediately asking why can't I buy 1 copy then. They ghosted me, so they get this review.
Don't...
Read moreThey have a casual/social Yu-Gi-Oh! Night on Thursdays where I came with a deck amounting to the value of 15 pounds and tried to talk to my opponent to make friends. He proceeded to ignore me, play the game and on turn one use around £120 value of cards that won the game before I could do anything. very unsportsmanlike like.
This is the worst Yu-Gi-Oh! “Casual” experience I’ve ever had and I’ve lost faith entirely in the game and the “community”.
I’ll give them two stars because of the good facilities and product selection but the events are in no way regulated to avoid these occurrences so only come here if you’re contemplating suicide and need something to really push you...
