Excellent service up until my last visit

I've bought countless electrical goods from Hughes over the years including white goods, tv's, surround sounds etc. All of which, I have received excellent service and decent advice. The last time however, I went into the store and several staff members were standing at the till near the entrance. I went over to the TV's with half an idea of what I was after (I always buy panasonic and the latest version). After looking for 5 or so minutes, no one had approached me and when I went to ask for assistance, the people that were originally congregated, dispersed, leaving me playing what felt like a game of chase around the store. I appreciate it was close to closing time but every single one of my purchases has been partially researched prior to store visit, followed by a couple of minutes advice prior to making a decision; it is never a long, drawn out process. Absolutely disgusting customer service- rented off these for around 15 years - directed thousands of pounds their way with word of mouth - rented a ps4 from them took it back and rented and upgraded to a ps5 - received the credit agreement and noticed they have been charging me for BOTH the ps4 and ps5 for 3 years I’m owed around £800 for something I took back - “the investigation” (if that’s what you can call it Very lazy) over a week and a half to be told I have no proof because someone didn’t do their job correctly! I'm a hughes customer,I had a washing machine fitted last week,I think they took a normal knife,i was very poorly over the week,i noticed it went missing yesterday,i have not had anyone round apart from hughes,i hunted for the knife for 5 hours,i just can not find it any where which is a mystery,their were 2 people delivered the washing machine,if one of them have got it please ask one of them,if they have I want it back,if they have,please do not fire the person,I just want the knife back,I apologise if I'm wrong sincerely if I find it in the mean time I will post a review,I got 2 ring hughes about getting a cheaper washing machine,the one they delivered the washing machine,its 2 expensive,I can not afford £57,i rent 4 items,plus they are charging me a protection for a VCR and dvd player which I haven't got anymore,they took...
