Boundary Grill — Local services in Norwich

Waited over an hour and a half for food to be told the driver was coming . Had special dietary requirements and they didn’t want to meet them , the delivery company were very helpful and gave us a refund when the manager didn’t want to help at all . It seems like this shop has got too big for their boots and they don’t put their customers first anymore !!! If you want customer service go to star grill or Aliandos They don’t do deals and they don’t deliver on time . This shop should should be avoided like a dirty Rat or Fox on the street !

The rice was like concreate blocks & the sunset burger was like a moulded rotten dirty pair of knickers found on a road side of a motorway 🤬

Time to boycott & Defund this shop as like the BBC & current Tory government.

Even piers Morgan would walk right out OF this shop too as like did on his good morning breakfast show on ITV.

The Boss of the shop needs to go back to school and learn more about customer service and how to talk to his customers.

I see a pattern with this shop that they suck you in as a new customer but once you order regularly they work out your food orders and automatically start to miss out your orders as they think you have been sucked in and will order from them again. They regularly miss out food you have paid and ordered from them and when you call them to enquire where the missing items are the boss gets rude and aggressive towards you on the phone like your the problem. What’s so disappointing is that they don’t offer you an item as a good will gesture as a sign of an apology for messing up your order.

This establishment will never receive another penny from my families pockets and I’ve also have notified all of my friends too.

Just eat & deliveroo should review their level of customer care and services they provide which is falling the customers who buy from them.

Please everyone avoid this business and find another take away shop that respects and values you as human...

First off my mistake. I I didn't look athe menu I assumed they would sell Donna kebab. (There was small talk in between, so the person I spoke to was pretty fluent in English) I requested two meat and chips. He said fine I paid and noticed it was really cheap so I said was that two meat and chips. He said it was one. I asked for two meat and chips, he asked the chef for two chips, I said that I wanted meat with the chips, he says ok. Talks to the chef in a different language (not sure which).

He then hands me the chips, I said that I wanted Donna meat with the chips and he just shrugs. They don't sell it. At no point when saying meat and chips did he even query the meat part. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Don't be fooled by this one star rating. Its the lowest I could leave. When I called 10 mins after the original estimated 45 minute wait, I was assured that my order was then leaving and would be 15 minutes. It arrived an hour later than that! I called them 7 more times in that hour, they only answered two of those calls. Once it finally arrived, the chips were over cooked but cold and the parmo was luke warm. Give up...you don't really have a business. Or at least not one...
