We found this butcher on goggle, thought we will give it a go, and we were so happy we tired! It was very clean, with AC on the whole shop; locals come in all the time, there were a queue at all time. We bought butter, brisket, handmade sausage, ham and bacon. You can tell it’s really good quality. Staff are all very lovely and helpful. You can call on Wednesday to order special cuts, and pick up in the weekends. Been going now for a while the sausages are so nice the best I think in Nottingham, the beef is melt in your mouth and so tasty. I always have quite a big list when I go pork chops, lamb beef mince etc like to shop for a few weeks. If I was to say anything slightly negative that would be I can’t always get in to the shop with these ever changing varying hours in these strange times and I personally find it strange there are no prices on things on display and I feel a lot is left to trust. Great value as i can get only what i need, prepared how i need it. An amazing selection of meats, and better quality than the supermarket. They also stock a variety of seasoned/marinaded foods for easy cooking, as well as a selection of cooked foods (I love their scotch eggs).
