Orderd for delivery and wish I never botherd. The app said the pizza was delivered, it wasnât. I rang them up and asked where the pizza was as I was in a rush hence why I ordered food in the first place. They said no one by name or address had orderd pizza! I got the email confirmation up they said it must have been a different dominos. Fast forward half an hour someone else was put on the phone to which he said I wonât be getting my money back and if I want pizza I need to reorder and pay again. Obviously this was not going to happen. 10 mins later the manager is on the phone says the pizza guy tried to deliver my food but couldnât no reason why. I know this didnât happen as I was starving and looked out the window every time I heard an engine. As you do when you order takeaway. So now late for my plans and no pizza Finally the delivery man turned up, he was super sweet! (Did mention that he hadnât come to deliver my food though, like the manger said) after everything it was the wrong size pizza and drink but Iâd given up by then! Not worth ordering from here!!    Read moreThey refused to take order by phone so I dropped in person (6/1/24) to order. They took my money but did not do the full order. Employee claimed I'll get a refund to the bank automatically and refused to give me a refund reciept for proof in case it doesn't come through. It didn't come through. Next week, talked to the manager on the phone, who said he'll chase it and hung up, but didn't. Next week, I wasted half an hour at the shop without a single employee knowing what to do. They called up their systems and were not able to do anything, claimed they lost the order number even though they found the receipt. They gave me a phone number to call which doesn't work. The following week, I called up Customer Service who put in a request for me (but no email arrived with case number). Nevertheless, somebody called me up and said I was sent to the wrong branch, and that they'll forward it back full circle to the branch who did nothing fromt the start. 6 weeks later, still nothing.

   Read moreOrdered food this evening. Item missing, not a major issue, but the way it was handled left a lot to be desired. Called up straight away after realising an item was missing: no apology, said they would replace the item and resend, but put phone down on me before i could say that was acceptable or to ask how long it would take. 45 minutes waiting, i call up for them to say 5 minutes away. Recieve the item from another driver. 10 minutes later, receive another call to tell me the item has already been sent out??? As if questioning the previous call. To which i replied, 'yeah I know, i have it' ,followed by another hanging up with no apology.' When it comes to Complaints and rectifying the issue, this branch seems to not handle the situation well at all, being all over the place. Also not hanging up the call when you've said your side only, but allowing the customer to ask questions and respond would be appreciated.
