Duas panini and shakes — Local services in Nottingham

Firstly, I'd give this zero stars if I could. The customer service is appalling. Every single time I order my delivery is late. By over an hour. I contacted the driver and he stated my order was still cooking. So as time passed, (we're 50 minutes past the time stated it would be delivered by) I called for an update again, but was abused over the phone for ten minutes. The people who work here are rude and seem to have zero customer service experience. They cannot and will not take any criticism. Whoever the rude little man was he, screamed and shouted 'well do you like our food or not' I told him regardless of I like the food, its over an hour late, I tried to explain that I've been told its on its way for what seemed like days he became very sarcastic and bitter. He cancelled my order. I went and ate elsewhere which made my day, as they know exactly how to how to run a business. Happy staff, happy cutomers and guess what, I ate within 20 minutes of ordering :) Customer always comes first. So guys if you fancy waiting an awfully long time for some chicken and chips with soggy lettuce and possibly arguing about the food you've paid for. This is the place for you. I’ve ordered from here many times and they’ve never disappointed!!! I love the selection of food especially toasties and sandwiches! I love that it doesn’t close too early like most places do that sell the same things. I love the desserts. The doughnuts especially are so soft and sweet. The presentation as well is great! You can tell they take time and care about their customers. The service is great too! The woman that delivers is lovely! Overall an amazing, reasonably priced, tasty place to eat. Pros: Good Service Reasonably priced (£3.50 for a milkshake and £5 for Cookie Dough) Free delivery within a mile Milkshake looked good Cookie Dough flavour was nice

Cons: Milkshake could use more flavour, needed more oreo biscuits. Cookie Dough was thin and overbaked so it wasnt doughy enough and tasted more like a warm cookie. Portion of ice cream that comes with the cookie is a little on the small side.
