WaffleBox — Restaurant in Nottingham

Placed an order for a waffle. Upon arrival I offered to pay via card. I was told, minimum £10 spend or there is a charge. Firstly, on the 18th January 2018 it became unlawful for retailers to charge additional fees for card payments. So already the are breaking that law. When I got home to find a single strip waffle instead of a regular round waffle, I almost fell off the sofa. £4.50 for a single waffle and machine ice cream. This was my first and last visit, only to bent over a barrel and charged £4.50 and a waffle slapped in my face. Having been told about portions ARE extremely small by another customer over 7 months ago and OVER priced for what is given clearly customer feedback means nothing. Disgraceful and...

I'd give it 6 stars if i could.

After trying to decide what to order one night i googled 'best milkshakes Nottingham' this came up and i obviously doubted it at first however after reading the owner (or whoever does their reviews) replying to some of the one star reviews and laughing for longer than i should have, we ordered.

The most delicious and perfectly thick milkshakes you will every try, backed up with gorgeous cookie dough as well as the best waffle sticks I have ever eaten!! Will be ordering again :D

(only downside is the cookie dough could be a teeny bit bigger but for the price and the fact this is Nottingham its...

I am very disapointed with my order as i ordered about £50 of desserts and it was super small portions and i ordered the brownie and a blondie was sent and we were very upset about this because the wrong item was sent and it was super dry and i ordered a oreo milkshake and it tasted like a vanilla milkshake as it has soo much vanilla in it and it was super sweet. This shop is very misleading as they say they make "freshly baked BELGAIN waffles" and there was only 2 tiny waffle sticks and 3 people were meant to share this.
