Great pizzas and portions. Pity the customer service is appalling. Phoned to see where my order was after an hour and a half and it saying it had been delivered to be told by a woman that it was on the way and would be 5-10 minutes away. 20 minutes later I'd had enough and phoned for a refund with it being nearly 2 hours to be told we was lying about phoning earlier and she hadnt seen my order even though I'd phoned 20 minutes before (this was the same woman I'd spoken to earlier) she refused us a refund and was shouting down the phone at my partner. Another 5 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund from the manager the food eventually turns up. Had lost my appetite by then. The ladies behaviour was disgusting. I understand being busy and food being late that wasnt the problem, it was being lied to about it having left already and still waiting nearly 30 minutes later. Will not be...

Together with Kyle we ordered the BBQ pizza and its the best Real Italian pizza in town! Forget pizza hut, domino's, or pappa John's! We will be buying only from here now! Fresh dough with stuffed crust, chicken prepared themselves and marinated, amazing cheese! And was so big we only ate half of it and another half next day! It was still very fresh, not soggy like other pizzas from main chains. Just heated up for a few minutes in the oven and tasted like it was fresh from the day before! My mum recommended it as she loved the Sea Food pizza, and we can't wait to try other food from the menu! It was nice seeing my partner talk to the owner in Italian as made him smile as his grandparents come from Italy too, lovely family business with his son! I wanted to write this review to give some perspective on the bad reviews I've read.

IT REALLY ISNT AS BAD AS THOSE REVIEWS MAKE IT OUT TO BE! IT IS WHAT IT SAYS IT IS AND THEIR STAFF ARE LOVELY!

Some reviews on here have criticized the quality of the food as they have been seemingly comparing it to sit down pizza and Italian restaurants. This is really unfair. Yes it's not gourmet Italian cuisine, but what do you expect!? It's a take away Italian food restaurant and it does what it says on the tin very well. It's not perfect food but it's decent quality take away food that I always enjoy and I think you will.

If you like take away pizza like Caprianos, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut them this is a cheaper, just as good alternative. And you're supporting a local business!
