When you don’t have much time to prepare food but need something tasty and ready for the next day, this place is an absolute lifesaver. Whether it’s a picnic, a day trip, or just a busy schedule, having quick and fresh options really makes a difference. Over the years we’ve tried almost everything you can imagine for outings – sandwiches, rolls, cookies, salads, and even soups. But here, I discovered a whole new world of vegetarian snacks and dishes, and to my surprise, they are absolutely delicious.

I have to admit, they seem to be designed more with adults in mind, as the flavors are often more refined and adventurous. My seven-year-old prefers simpler, less sophisticated snacks, so sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge to find something that truly excites him. Luckily, there are always a few reliable choices for kids, such as a plain cheese or ham sandwich, which keep him happy enough. That said, for me, the quality and creativity of the vegetarian options easily win me over every time.

Another huge advantage is the location. We usually stop there because it’s at a petrol station rather than in the city centre, which makes shopping so much easier and quicker. I don’t have to plan a special trip or deal with parking struggles – it’s simply convenient to grab what we need on the go.

It feels a little like a balance between “form over substance” when it comes to what my child enjoys versus what I enjoy. While he might tolerate the food without much enthusiasm, I genuinely love it. It’s convenient, flavorful, and saves me the stress of last-minute food prep.

In summary: for adults, especially those open to vegetarian flavors, it’s a fantastic solution. For kids, it may be hit or miss, but at least there’s always something they’ll eat. Personally, I can’t...

Fantastic addition to Nottingham. I’m from Nottingham originally but no longer live there. I was visiting recently and stayed at the Hilton Double Tree across the road. I was pleasantly surprised to finally see another Pret in Nottingham in addition to the only store, in the city centre. Such a pleasant experience, fully stocked with everything we wanted to order and the staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, efficient and helpful. This place is supposed to open at 5am, always late opening, sometimes its more 6am, the amount of people I see going to the costa coffee machine is crazy, must be 20 people sometimes, there missing so much business always opening late, used to be really efficient but now 75% of the time I cant go as I would be late for work, sort it out please or at least advertise...
