Doridos Pizza — Local services in Oadby and Wigston

Food came in really good time and never had a problem with food quality. Ordered at 20:25 got by 20:45. Unfortunately we were missing a cheesy chips. Called them straight away and was told I would be getting one sent out straight away. 21:02 still no cheesy chips so called and was initially told by someone 10-15 minutes. This did not sit well with me as the food was already going cold. Spoke to I can only presume a manager who apologised. 21:14 got the cheesy chips. Hopefully someone there will read this and if they do they need to learn to concentrate harder on the customers when the service has gone wrong than when everything goes according to plan. What you would expect from a non-brand pizzeria. The pizza was good, little on the salty side and a little greasy but the flavour was good. Very generous with the tomato base which I liked but I appreciate that won't be to everyone's taste. The piri piri wrap was also tasty, the chicken was moist, flavour-full and plentiful. The chips were fresh and crisp. The staff were helpful and polite which I appreciated, they clearly cared about providing positive customer experience, which is rare these days. I'm not quite sure if their pizza bases are all the same but when ordering a thin crust you'd expect a thin crust &instead receive a thick crust. Pizza wasn't hot or the best. So for that reason I won't order from here again. The atmosphere was ok as it should be, takeaway is nice and clean & the staff seem ok though...
