Krispyland — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Rude staff that think that is okay to put the phone down on a customer and speak rudley to them.

I have tried this establishment 3 times now.

1st one was great, so thought I would share the great food with Family first and this was disappointing as the order was all messed up, we were advised that it is a Friday night and that they are extremely busy however on our next order they will offer us a complimentary meal to which I agreed.

I placed an order today and drove to the takeaway to place the order as they are clearly not capable of taking the order over the phone as the second visit experience proved.

We had clearly asked for everything to be labelled and only some items where marked it was not so easy to make sense of the food that was delivered.

We called up with the misunderstanding that part of our order was not there as it was marked incorrectly. We were advised that someone will call us, and the Chef called us. He was so rude and put the phone down. I called back and the person that answered did not even listen and said he is busy and put the phone down.

I called up again for the 3rd time to apologise for the misunderstanding but was fuming as to How rude the staff are.

I had asked for the manager to give me a call and had been advised that they will Call me back, I have not received a call.

For the messed up order the complimentary meal was 4 chicken wings.

Food is always really good but it is always late. This is our go to takeaway treat and they state its an hour and 15 mins delivery but its always 10/15 minutes later. We don't mind because we like the food but our last order took 3 hours to arrive! We ordered it at 6pm and it arrived at 9pm! How ridiculous is that?! Couldn't get through to the shop as the phone was taken off the hook. It was so frustrating. When the food finally arrived and I had told him he had been 3 hours he just looked at me and said do you want it or not. Honestly was so angry it put us off ordering again. Waited 2 hours for delivery We ordered a meal of 3 pieces of chicken and chips at 17.54 to be delivered. I received an email to say order was received. At 19.15 I rang as the order had not arrived, I was told it would be 15 mins. At 19.52 I rang again to be told the order was still there because they were really busy and drivers hadn’t returned and it would be another 20 mins. I told them I would collect myself, my husband went in to collect to be told there was a problem with the receipt and they didn’t know about the order until I rang the first time and that’s why it wasn’t ready. My husband was offered a lot of things to compensate but we only wanted what we ordered. I wish I could say it was worth waiting for but it wasn’t . I’m sorry Krispyland you failed...
